~ You may place an online order 24 hours/7 days a week. My store hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., although I will return emails in the evening when possible. In stock items will be mailed within 24 - 48 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If for any reason your shipment will be delayed I will notify you by email. ~ Custom orders may take up to two weeks, but I will always try to get them to you sooner. Of course during the holiday season, production and shipping may take longer due to the increased volume. Please place all custom/special orders by December 1, to insure delivery by Christmas. ~ Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Payment
~ I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. PayPal is an easy and secure way to place your order. Upon completing your order, your shopping cart will reflect your total purchase along with the shipping, tax and insurance (if applicable). Click on the "check out with PayPal" button, and it will take you to the PayPal screen where you can enter you email and password to access your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account you can set one up in minutes by following the prompts. Again, PayPal is a very secure site. ~ If you don't feel comfortable using PayPal, I also accept Propay - another credit card processing company that allows you to use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Instead of using the shopping cart, email me with your name and email address (of course) along with the item(s) you would like to purchase. I will send you an email invoice that contains a secure link that you can click on to enter your own payment information. ~ I accept checks from local customers only.
Shipping/Postage
~ Until further notice, shipping/postage is free on jewelry sent First Class - which includes USPS Delivery Confirmation. ~ When checking out, you have the option of First Class, Priority, or Express Mail. In the drop down box you will click on your desired form of postage, and then click "recalculate." Postage is automatically calculated based on your shipping choice, and the rates are the current USPS standard. I do not charge extra for postage. ~ You may add insurance by clicking on "insurance" and choosing the desired level. ~ An additional 75¢ per order, is included in the shipping charge for USPS Delivery Confirmation - for your piece of mind, as well as mine.
Privacy
~ Your email information will only be used to process your order. It will not be sold to a third party. Your credit card information is secure and only used through PayPal. It is not accessible online.
Returns/Refunds
~ Hopefully, there won't be a reason to return anything...but just in case, I will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund, up to 14 days from the date of receipt. During the holiday season, my policies are more liberal, so feel free to contact me with any questions. Your purchase will be refunded in the same manner in which it was made. Please contact me prior to returning an item at customerservice@angelwhispersjewelry.com, and please return the item to me in the fashion in which it was received - a padded envelope with USPS Delivery Confirmation. ~ Please note - Custom Orders may not be returned for refund or exchange.
Resizing/Repairs
~ Please contact me prior to ordering, to confirm the bracelet size you are purchasing. There is no fee for a bracelet to be re-sized prior to being mailed to you. To determine the size you need, measure your wrist with a soft tape measure, and add 1 inch, for the finished length - depending on how tight or loose you prefer your jewelry. If after receipt you determine a bracelet needs to be re-sized you will be responsible for the postage. Always email me with any questions or concerns at angelwhispersjewelry.com. ~ If a piece of jewelry should break, please contact me to see about repairing it. If it was "designer error," I will happily repair it and return it to you at no cost. If it broke for other reasons, or if beads/components are missing, there will be a small charge to replace the missing beads/components, and for postage. My hope is to return it to you in its original splendor!

~ I stand by my "craftswomanship", and if you ever have a problem with a piece of jewelry you've purchased - regardless of how long ago, please email me to see if the problem can be remedied. It's important to me that your experience with Angel Whispers Jewelry is positive, and I will do whatever I can to make it that way.
